Sounds like a great title for a kid's book, doesn't it? Well, it's actually not all that mysterious. Game Boy is excited to be in his first high school musical (not that High School Musical) as Cottonwood is preparing to put on Bye Bye Birdie (oh, that high school musical favorite). Frankly, we don't mind so much. When did I get to be such an old fogey that I think the hair styles sported by most of the youth these days are a bit much to take? Am I really that old?

I don't like the shaggy hair that is the style these days, and I'm thankful that my boys are good about haircuts. There was a time Parker resisted, but at the end of the day they choose to follow the counsel of not having hair below your shirt collar. They'll never embrace a full on missionary haircut, but I'm glad they have found other ways to express themselves and I don't have to live with Teen Wolf. Ri looks great with his new cut and I'm excited for his show!!
